一、波輪全自動洗衣機的洗衣原理 
全自動洗衣機可以完成洗滌、漂洗及脫水過程的自動轉換,通常采用套桶方式,即將離心桶(內桶)和盛水桶(外桶)同軸地套在一起,故又稱為套桶式洗衣機。
全自動洗衣機在程控器的控制下自動完成洗衣的全過程。洗滌時,程控器將進水閥打開至水位達到設定值,電動機帶動波輪旋轉,使水及衣物完成洗滌或漂洗過程;排水時,程控器打開排水閥,將洗滌液或水排出;脫水時,程控器仍將排水閥打開,并使離合器動作,完
成機械轉換,電動機帶動離心桶高速旋轉,完成脫水過程。
二、進水電磁閥的工作原理
進水電磁閥的作用主要為控制自來水進水,為洗衣機提供適量的洗滌、漂洗用水。進水電磁閥實物圖和結構圖如圖7-1所示。進水電磁閥的開關主要由閥內的線圈控制動鐵芯來完成。如果線圈不通電,這時打開自來水龍頭,水不會流入洗衣機;深圳松下洗衣機維修當線圈通電后,閥被打開,自來水通暢地流入洗衣機。
進水電磁閥基本結構主要由一個螺管電磁鐵和橡膠閥構成。其工作原理是,電磁鐵線圈通電后,形成磁場,吸引鐵質閥芯上移,離開膜片,水流導通。電磁鐵線圈失電后,在復位彈簧及重力作用下,閥芯下沉壓緊膜片堵住水道,停止向洗衣機內注水。進水電磁閥的進水口一般有一個過濾網,以防污垢堵塞進水電磁閥橡膠閥。
三、水位開關控制原理
水位開關又叫做水位壓力開關、水位傳感器、水位控制器,它是利用洗衣桶內水位高低潮產生的壓力來控制觸點開關的通斷,結構如圖7-2所示。水位開關用塑料軟管與盛水桶下側的儲氣室口相連接。當向盛水桶內注水時,隨著水位的升高,儲氣室的空氣被壓縮,并由塑料軟管將壓力傳至水位開關。隨著氣壓逐漸升高,水位壓力開關內的膜片變形并推動動觸點與常閉觸點分離,常閉觸點與公共觸點迅速斷開,常開觸點與公共觸點閉合,從而將水位已達到設定值的信號送至程控器或將連接進水閥電磁線圈的電路斷開,停止進水。當洗衣機排水時,隨著盛水桶水位的下降,儲氣室及塑料軟管內的壓力逐漸減小,當氣體壓力小于彈簧的彈性恢復力時,常開觸點與公共觸點迅速斷開,常閉觸點與公共觸點閉合,恢復到待檢測狀態。
旋轉水位開關的旋鈕選擇水位,就是旋轉凸輪,通過改變壓力開關凸輪的位置可改變恢復彈簧的彈性力,進而改變橡膠膜片變形所需氣體的壓力,改變水位的設定值。

Two, water solenoid valve working principle
The main function of the inlet solenoid valve is to control the water inlet of the tap water, and to provide a proper amount of washing and rinsing water for the washing machine. Inlet solenoid valve in kind and structure, as shown in figure 7-1. The valve of the water inlet solenoid valve is mainly controlled by the coil in the valve. If the coil is not energized, then open the tap water faucet, the water will not flow into the washing machine; when the coil is energized, the valve is opened, the water flowing into the washing machine.
The basic structure of the water inlet solenoid valve is mainly composed of a solenoid electromagnet and a rubber valve. The working principle is that the electromagnetic wire coil is electrified, the magnetic field is formed, and the iron core is attracted to move up and away from the diaphragm. After the electromagnet coil is lost, in the reset spring and the gravity action, the valve core is pressed down to block the water channel, and the water injection in the washing machine is stopped. The inlet water solenoid valve generally has a filter to prevent dirt blockage, water solenoid valve rubber valve.
Three, water level switch control principle
The water level switch is also called the water level pressure switch, the water level sensor, the water level controller, which uses the water level in the washing barrel to produce the pressure to control the on-off of the contact switch, and the structure is shown in Figure 7-2. The water level switch with the gas chamber and the tub side of the plastic hose is connected to the mouth. When the water in the tub to, with the rise of water level, gas storage chamber, air is compressed and made of plastic hose will pressure is transmitted to the water level switch.
